My Salad

It is made with 100% organic produce. Different greens, onion, radish, zucchini, cucumber, snow peas, carrots and a vinaigrette dressing. Sometimes I slice up raw garlic and place it in the salad. Not this time. I had a wonderful beef steak with this salad. I'll remember to take a picture of the beef steak another time.

Diet lifestyle change

It has been such a long while since my last post. How dreadful. I apologize.

In late May early June I made some changes to my diet lifestyle to accompany seabiotics.

I continue to see improvements in everything that I've listed previously. Now, add organic foods and a proper eating schedule. I've switched to organic food in an effort to aid in the healing of my cells to allow my body a better chance for improvement. In doing so I've been slowly shrinking. I haven't used a scales to weigh however. What I'm using as a guide is my dress size. Last year at this time I was in a size 18/1X. I'm most likely at a size 14/15 [maybe]. I don't have the funds to renew a wardrobe so I'm continuing in the same clothings. It's beginning to make me look awful however. Eventually I'm going to have to switch to more fit clothes. I may have to make some visits to a local thrift store to accommodate. I shall be able to save money since I'm not sure what size I will stop at and I do not want to buy too many things and then have to get more things to fit still again.

I've been sleeping and dreaming. I love it! I remember when I was young dreaming; it was all in great detail and in color. It's back! {grinz}

As for the organic products; I've been buying fresh produce weekly. I've had the most grand salads. It's been quite lovely. I shall remember to take a snapshot of a salad and post it up.

That's it for now! Watch for further updates.
